A Huge Congrats to the Season 112 Elite Tipping Game champion Tiger Wolf who has won the game for the first time!

Let me first start off with some apologies regarding several things that happened last season.

At the start of the season there was new autobanning script put in place which was put in place to ban the many bots that were continually trying to access many common pages that wordpress and other pre made template sites use which while this site does not have any of those pages it still caused the server itself to be clogged up with failed requests that was in turn causing it to appear offline, also known as a DDOS attack.
There was a few scenarios while programming and testing that I did not come across, one of which was a country that did not have a flag file in the files which triggered that script to start banning actual players. This was the cause of the problems around race 11 the lack of server resources resulted in the race not being closed for tipping which then also a new change to prevent results being added if the race was not closed caused the cascade of a few races where the game was not updated and proceeded onto the next race. At the time I was also unwell as well as being away with Family the following weekend which caused me to miss seeing the standings were not updating after races 13-17.
The Standings were fixed up as of about 24 hours ago and the standings in the History are the final standings for the season.

The good things that occurred were there were no tips actually lost during the season due to being overidden by tips placed after the race started when the cut off script did not run correctly this was becuase they are all now timestamped and all bets including previous bets are now kept in the database and only the newest tip is used to calculate points, as long as its placed before the race cutoff time which made the game quite alot easier to fix up when the scripts failed to work.

The Add Results script now should be running automatically at 23:00 CET after each race as long as betting had closed for that race, which means theoretically if nothing goes wrong the game should continue to run on its own for the entire season as long as some other error does not occur, im currently working on better alerting to bring issues to my attention earlier but there are still some things I don't see simply because I don't actively participate in either GPRO or the Tipping Game anymore, if anything strange happens please reach out to me by PM in GPRO, if there are any issues that come up that your not sure about better to ask the question so I can look into it and give you an answer than leave it unfixed.

Overall it was good to get a full season in despite the issues and the fixes that have been put in place should fix the problems going forward but alot of things cannot be tested without your help and usage of the game.
